CONFERENCE EQUIPMENT

Overhead projector, flipchart, podium, screen, panaboard, data projector (laptop compatible, operated by remote control), flex-rail, lapel mike, PA system, TV, video, pens, place cards, note pads, mints and cordials on the tables.

The Emfuleni Conference Centre ensures delegates' dining pleasure. Break away to the Restaurant for buffet lunch, mid-morning and afternoon breaks or perhaps to enjoy a scrumptious Executive or Business breakfast. Also extremely popular as a wedding venue, the restaurant can cater for 100 pax, with full in house catering and bar facilities. An exquisite, black tiled dance floor with built in floor lighting, and greenery makes for a romantic and memorable function.

Alternatively you can choose to escape outdoors and have a Spit or South African Braai in the lush Limpopo Garden. With its waterfall and ethnic fort-like walls, it is a stunning, and well renowned wedding venue. Seating up to 120 guests, the Limpopo Garden is the perfect place for that under the stars, fairytale wedding.

Another small retreat is the comfortable and cosy Cocktail Lounge, designed especially for the more intimate get-together to conclude that business meeting or for smaller private cocktail functions or business parties and launches.

Large function halls provide flexibility making it easy for us to comply with customer conference and banqueting needs. Conferences from 4 to 1000 pax can be arranged, depending on setup requirements. Banqueting functions up to 450 guests can also be accommodated. Theme backdrops are available or décor specialists can also be arranged to create a unique setting for that special function.

Unwind on the sports café terrace after a long business day, where you can enjoy a relaxing sundowner or come on inside to enjoy the laid back atmosphere, with a big screen and 60 television sets, where you can catch up on all the latest sporting and news events.

The Private Executive Boardroom reserved for the more discerning guest or delegate,can be used in conjunction with silver service dining!. A perfect venue to conclude a successful VIP meeting.
